In 2006, Allen founded Tracy, California-based LetterChamp because he couldn’t stand seeing so many people lose their hard-earned money on poor quality products and services. He knew that given the demands of work and family, it is just too difficult for most people to navigate the often Byzantine maze of confusing rules, regulations and phone extensions – only to give up in frustration.

In creating the LetterChamp, Allen's goal is to give consumers a bright, cheerful, informative voice that is heard and acted on – by corporate executives and business owners.

Allen has nearly two decades of foreign and domestic business experience working with corporate executives at all levels. Leveraging this expansive knowledge, Allen has been able to successfully resolve a wide range of corporate complaints for consumers. Allen received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
