What if the company calls me?

If a company representative calls you, please excuse yourself from the phone and tell them that you will call them back later. Call your LetterChamp advocate immediately to tell him or her the details so he/she can return the company’s call for you.

What are the client responsibilities?

The client is responsible for providing the LetterChamp advocate with all the details and documentation of the case.

What if the LetterChamp loses?

In the rare instance that the LetterChamp loses the case, you will be responsible for the phone, postage, mailing, insurance and handling expenses less the $25 retainer. The LetterChamp will not receive a fee for the services rendered.

Why do you bypass customer service?

We bypass customer service and contact the company executives and business owners to resolve your case quickly and in your favor.

What is your success rate?

We have a 96% success rate.

Will I ever get to see or keep the LetterChamp letters?

No. The letters, research, contact information and phone conversation notes are the property of the LetterChamp.
